Sissy is a minor character in the ninth season of the US version of Shameless. She is another student at Liam’s public school.
History[]
During Liam's first day at public school, she harasses him for carrying a satchel to school and starting school with only three weeks left in the school year. She ends their first encounter by calling him "Satchel Boy". Liam later makes a deal with an older and bigger classmate named Todd to exchange test answers for protection from her.
Later when Liam is at his locker she walks up and acts friendly to him. She drags Liam into a room where they presumably have sex. Later she enters the Gallagher house and announces she’s moving in because she's pregnant and shows proof. Both Debbie and Carl happened to witness this and expressed confusion at this. Debbie tells Liam there is no way he is the father if she just found out she was pregnant on the same day. They decide to entertain the idea until they can find out what to do about her. With the help of their older brother Lip, they drugged Sissy and left her unconscious body in front of a Family Planning Center.
