Edisode starts at the sunday morning. Fiona and Debbie are getting ready in the bathroom, brushing their teeth, applying makeup and etc. While Carl is still sleeping, Fiona asks him if he’s a got a shirt for her to wear for the game today, Carl doesn’t but he mentions he’s got a shirt that could be good for her. Fiona ignores him and says good morning to Liam, when she mentons to Carl to not be comfortable in Ian's bed, because he want his old bed when he'll come back. Fiona then walks out and sees Debbie who’s going out wearing her boots, she asks about where she’s going and Debbie only replies with out and goes to the washroom. Carl wants to use the washroom, but he can’t go in due to Debbie just going in; so he decides to take a leak from the window. Shelia arrives with dip, Carl asks Fiona why Shelia is here; she says at least the clothes are clean. Debbie and Carl are being rude to their older sister Fiona, Debbie goes up stairs and Carl follows.
Later Fiona visits Veronica; Veronica is talking to Kevin and telling about her maternity. Kevin says they can’t afford the maternity ward so Veronica will need to have the baby at home.They talk about Fiona about Mike and how far they’ve gone, and then their conversation leads to Frank and Kevin mentions how he’s like a cockroach.
The police make a bust in a house that looks abandoned with boarded windows and stuff, but it looks like there’s a bunch of people living there. One of the cops - Tony Markovich fined Frank who’s lying down on a sleeping bag with drugs next to him.
Debbie takes her little brother to Milkovich’s house, she asks Mandy about where Ian is, but she has no idea where he is. Mandy goes back to her home, Milkovich'es are sitting around the table. Mickey is criticizing what his brother stole and how little pay his wife is earning. His brother states, "There's an ATM card," to which Mickey says, "Congratulations it has no fucking pin number. What are you gonna do, rob the same mailboxes everyday until they send the pin?" and gives him a disgusted look. As Mandy walks to the table, Mickey asks her who was at the door, she says - Debbie Gallagher had just visited. Mandy tells Mickey that Debbie was looking for Ian, Mickey asks if she had seen him, to which Mandy replies, "Why do you care?" Mickey casually states, "Don't," while looking through the stolen mail.
Lip comes back into his dorm; there is his roomate Ron on a chair working on his computer and his gilfriend Amanda on the bed. Later they leave for their study group, while Lip stays and smokes.
Mike comes to the door and sees Carl, Carl calls for his sister Fiona, Mike notices that Carl is watching SAW on a Sunday and makes a comment about it. Carl then asks if he’s ever stolen a car and if Mike is his real name, Fiona comes down and her, Mike leave.
Debbie is with her friend Holly; they’re selling their virginity on the internet. They’re deciding to dress slutty and go to the local arcade.
Carl is watching T.V. when someone knocking at the door, it’s Tony Markovich- he found Frank and brought him home. Tony asks where Fiona is, Carl tells him that she’s with some guy named Mike at a game. Tony tell Carl good luck and leaves.
Mike is eating the dip that Shelia brought to the Gallagher home. Their talking about Mike being Funniest Home Videos when he was younger. Fiona takes a piggy back ride on Mike during the game and is doing something.
Carl shows Shelia Frank, they decide to carry him somewhere else. They’re now trying to drag Frank out of the room, and into the bathroom to put him in the bathtub.
Debbie and her friends are at the arcade dressed slutty, they see two guys that their interested in playing some game; they both decide to play Dance Dance Revolution of some sort to grab their attention. The two guys do take notice and show up and talk to them, they introduce themselves and they hit it off well.
Carl and Shelia decided to give Frank three baths.
Lip is working at a cafeteria, he’s walking around and doing his job cleaning tables and then bringing the dishes to the back for some cleaning. Lip has a problem with smoking, he’s smoking on the job and his co-worker warns him that he shouldn't be caught with it. Then Lip offers him a smoke he accepts but declines Lip’s invite to hang out.
Fiona arrives home and finds Carl outside; Carl tells Fiona that Tony brought Frank back and that he’s really sick. Fiona wants to get rid of Frank, while Carl wants to take care of Frank; Fiona tells Carl that Frank is his responsibility if he wants to keep him here. Frank heard the whole conversation and thanks Carl.
Debbie is still with Holly and her other friend; they’re still talking to the guys, but are at a bowling alley now. Matt asks if Debbie wants a ride home, she seems to accept it.
Lip is trying to sleep, but his roommate and his girlfriend are being too annoying and loud.
Fiona goes to check on Debbie, but finds that her door is locked and she tells her goodnight and walks away. Debbie is texting the guy she recently met at the arcade throughout the night.
Next morning, Fiona wakes up Carl to get ready for school; she notices Frank in the bed lying down and sighs. Frank gets up and talks to his son about “enjoying himself while he’s awake” due to his son having a wet dream. Frank tells Carl that he needs some alcohol to get him going, because to him that’s fuel.Carl says that there’s something in his orange juice, Fiona tells him that it’s pulp; Carl then asks if Debbie has gone to say hi to her dad Frank yet, because he’s home. Fiona gives Carl and Debbie some money to buy them lunch, Shelia arrives and is ready to clean today; Fiona asks how Frank is doing. Carl tells her he still can’t walk yet, Carl wants to know what he should do if Frank’s got to go to the washroom; Fiona hands Carl a bucket.
Kevin is working at the Alibi,Mickey asks Kev, "Any news from Gallagher?" Kev assumes at first that he is asking about Frank, but Mickey says "Not fucking Frank, the other one. The redhead." Kev had not heard from Ian ("Ian? He took off"), and as he goes to answer a phone call, adds jokingly, "Why? He owe you money or something?" Mickey does not reply but looks forlorn for a moment, before catching a glimpse around him to see if anyone noticed. The phone call turns out to be about Stan, the owner of the bar. Mickey, the other customers, and Kev cheer for Stan.
Veronica wanted to be pregnant for so long, but wasn't able to do so; but it turns out that she’s finally gotten pregnant and is completely shocked about it.
Fiona walks into work and sees a bouquet of flowers on her desk, one of her co-workers tell Fiona that everyone knows that Fiona is dating Mike since a picture on Instagram was seen of the two of them at the Bears game.A woman asks if Fiona wants to put a part of her salary into a 401K that'll be saved for when she retires.
Lip asks the T.A. of his class why he got a D on his paper, the T.A. tells Lip that his paper sucked and that’s why he got a low grade on it. T.A. said that in the paper Lip danced around and tried to be clever, but he failed. The T.A. asks why Lip is in the class, Lip tells him the truth and the T.A. tells him to do better than the crap he's given.
Kevin goes to visit Stan in the hospital, but it turns out that Stan is already dead. He goes to complain about Stan already being dead, the nurse working their tells him sorry for his loss and seems to not care too much.
Carl finds Shelia cleaning the bathtub, he asks how Frank is doing and then he goes to see Frank for himself. Carl gives Frank the things he wanted, Frank asks Carl to find alcohol for him. Sheila asks how Frank is doing, he replies with "Good."
Debbie is walking to go meet up with the new guy she’s recently seeing - Matt; but before seeing him she dresses up a bit more to impress him.
Veronica tells Fiona that she’s pregnant; Fiona receives a text from Mike to go to his place and celebrate being together for a while. Veronica tells Fiona to go see Mike and that she’ll watch the kids tonight, it'll be good for her to have some practice with kids. Sheila walks down and says she’s going to make the kitchen her bitch next time she’s here. Fiona asks if Veronica has told Kevin about the baby, she hasn't yet. Fiona notices that two bottles of wine are missing, and wonders if they’ve already finished the wine.
Lip is looking over his paper, he hears a weird noise and then everyone around him freezes in place, he gets up throws out his paper and walks away.
Mandy is looking at old pictures of her and Lip. Later Mandy is making out with her new boyfriendin her room through the open door and immediately closes it, saying, "Oh Christ close the damn door! Nobody wants to see that mandingo shit! Fuck!" He then angrily heads to the bathroom and slams the door, shutting himself inside, and starts breaking down. He paces around and finally leans on the sink, seeing his reflection in the mirror. After a pause, he goes to a pile of magazines stashed next to the toilet and takes one out, flipping through the pages until he comes to a photo of Ian. Mickey stares at the photo for a while before taking it out and putting it up on one side of the mirror. He is still heartbroken about Ian leaving and is secretly pining for him. He tries to pleasure himself while looking at Ian's photo but fails and, out of anger and frustration, punches the mirror, the other side that Ian's photo was not on. Mickey punches the mirror out of anger, frustration, emotional pain and loss, but the physical pain from shattering the mirror comes fast and he clutches his hand, now bloody. Soon Mickey's wife, Svetlana, knocks at the door asking if he is okay, to which he replies after a small pause, "Yeah... Slipped." On being asked to hurry up, Mickey takes one last look at the photo of Ian; next to his own distorted reflection on the other shattered side of the mirror, and returns the photo and magazine to the pile on the ground. As he leaves the bathroom, his wife watches him go and looks at the broken mirror.
Sheila makes herself dinner, she sits down at the dining room table with her meal and begins to pray; it looks like she’s eating alone. What a lonely atmosphere.
Fiona and Mike end up having sex; Mike thanks her after it and says that she's great. Mike gets out of bed to get a bottle of champagne, Fiona is reluctant because it’s a school night, but she gives in and agrees to have one glass.
Debbie gets back from a date with Matty, they both tell each other that they like one another and it gets slightly awkward.
Kevin shows up at the Gallagher home to find Veronica watching the kids, he then tells her Stan died. Veronica is shocked; Kevin now needs to choose a casket and everything for his funeral. Debbie says good night, but before leaving the car she kisses her date on the cheek. Debbie gets in the house and walks up stairs, Veronica greets her; then Veronica decides to break the news to Kevin that she is now pregnant. Kevin is surprised and can’t believe that they’ll be having twins.
Frank finds himself a bottle of beer, he decides to spray some PAM into his mouth then drink the beer. It doesn’t go too well and Frank ends up spitting out his beer. Fiona walks up stairs and sees Frank sleeping, and then she walks off into her own room.
