Maile Flanagan (born May 19, 1965) is an American actress who portrayed Fiona's coworker Connie during the third and fourth seasons of the US version of Shameless.
Best known as the voice of the title character in the highly popular anime series Naruto, Flanagan is known for brief roles in movies such as Evan Almighty and 500 Days of Summer, as well as roles in other TV programs like Desperate Housewives, Reno 911!, and fellow Showtime series Weeds.
