Lori is a recurring character in Shameless and the manager at Captain Bob's. She constantly flirts with Carl Gallagher.

History[]

Season 9[]

In Los Diablos, She shows Carl around the restaurant and states she was impressed by his resume. She then assigns him his job. After Carl comes inside hating his job, Lori give him a big hug, to which Carl backs out of. She tells him there are no other jobs and that he did a great job. She is the assistant manager.

In The Hobo Games, after the fry guy quits, she asks Carl if he ever worked on a line before. She then gives him the new job after he says he can work Labor Day. She then introduces the new fry guy to the rest of the team.

In You'll Know the Bottom When You Hit It, she thanks Carl for his food suggestions for the restaurant and tells him he's going places. She then watches his butt as he leaves for break. When the power goes out, she calls for everyone to remain calm, stating people do crazy things during a blackout. Once she decides to close up shop, she makes the staff remain to clean the kitchen. When Carl asks to leave to hang out with Kelly, she tells him to give her space and that women hate clingy guys. Then she tells him to win her back with sex.

When Carl is giving away his girl-on-girl porn, she looks through it and says, "Seen it. Seen it. In it."

In Lost, she asks Carl why he looks sad, since he is her best employee. She tells him to get back on the saddle and slaps his butt. Later, while Carl is still down, she asks if he wants a quick "blowie" or "handy-J" to pick himself up. When he looks shocked, she takes it back immediately, stating it's against the rules anyways. She then leaves for the bank, leaving Carl in charge of the register while she's gone.

During Found, Lori introduces Carl to the manager who offered him a higher position for him stop in a robbery. Later on Carl tries to answer the request before his ex-girlfriend arrives. Lori watch his as Kelly tackles Carl to the ground and announces that he quits before dragging him away and loading him up into her truck. Watching this, Lori remarks that Carl has a real woman keeping him in line, showing respect towards Kelly,

Season 10[]

She is promoted to manger at Captain Bob's. In Sleep Well My Prince For Tomorrow You Shall Be King, she gives Carl a hug when he returns to work and introduces him to the new assistant manager, Anne Gonzalez. She then fires the temporary fry guy. While giving back his uniform, he asks why she sent him dick pics, to which she said that wasn't her dick. Later, before Carl leaves, she tell him she hopes to see him later since she leaves her house key under the mat. When he asks if that is sexual harassment, she tells him it doesn't count if he is a dude.

In Which America?, she tells Carl and Anne about the long line and to clock in. She notices their flirting and gives carl a cleaning assignment. While cleaning, she wants to talk about their relationship, and starts to touch him when carl says they can't. He tells her there's someone else and Lori guesses Anne, to which Carl tells her its Kelly. She gets upset when Anne walks in without knocking and lets Carl leave the situation.

In A Little Gallagher Goes A Long Way, Lori is upset when some of Anne's family comes in and just sits around. She's upset when Carl tells her he gave them the wifi password.

In Citizen Carl, she gets upset when Carl is behind at work. When he talks about streetlights, she tells him to visit her at her house up in the North Side.

In Debbie Might Be a Prostitute, she calls a staff meeting and asks if Carl is listening. When he wants to do good, she asks why. Then she tells him that her current job wasn't her dream, but cocaine tasted too good. She tells him to have dreams and be a cop, and to use a fake I.D. or use a dead guys name since he's not twenty-one.
