Dorothy ‘Dottie’ Corones is the ex-fiancé of Frank Gallagher.
Dottie used to be a regular at the Alibi, where she got the nickname butterface, but she stopped showing up after becoming ill with chronic indigestion. She then suffered from many heart attacks because of it and discovery she had months to live, unless she got a heart transplant.
She died after being fucked to death by Frank Gallagher.
