Synopsis[]
Frank has a check up with his doctor, who seems to be losing it. Fiona prepares Carl for his sentencing hearing, Lip sleeps with a professor, Ian wants to get back on his meds, and Kev enjoys campus life.
Plot[]
Frank agrees to be Bianca's tour guide to the seedier side of life.
Fiona preps an uncooperative Carl for his sentence hearing. And Sean tells Fiona that his ex, Nikole, is moving to Pittsburgh with their son Will and that he's going to go, too.
Also, Lip meets Helene, a sexy and sophisticated professor, while Ian has a dangerous paranoid episode and realizes its time to get on his meds. He and Mickey go to the doctor, where he gets his medication and Ian is finally starting to realise that he will need to take meds for at least most of his life.
