"A Night to Remem... Wait, What?" is the fourth episode in the fifth season of the US version of Shameless. It originally aired on February 1, 2015.
Synopsis[]
Frank arrives at Lou's to pick up his six figure insurance settlement and is shocked to learn that he's already collected it. Meanwhile, Fiona and Gus continue to hit if off, so much so that Gus admits he's falling in love with her. Meanwhile, Lip visits Amanda and her family at her luxurious house in Miami. Carl starts a new job as a drug dealer but quickly realizes he's in over his head. Ian goes overboard when he starts stealing suitcases from the airport baggage claim.
Plot[]
Frank enlists the help Carl with getting his money back after he went on a binger.
Frank is revealed to have purchased a car and they set off. During the trip, Frank expressed concern for his son's activities, as he knew Fiona would disapprove.
At the end, a sadden Frank is left penniless, Carl comforts him and the two share a bottle of booze on the porch.
